It’s that time of the year again. Seniors who have first-semester English have finished their senior projects and are doing their senior interviews.

The senior interviews exists so that seniors can experience a real-life interview with someone in their projected field. The idea is great because most seniors today have never had a real interview.

I would say that in the past decade, seniors have become more clueless in life. Most teenagers around my age have no idea what they want to do after college. Some do not even know what they want to major in. They take everything as it comes. I personally think this is a horrible way to live. Having a plan can be beneficial to students and their parents.

The senior project, as a whole, is a brilliant idea because it gives inexperienced teenagers real insight on what they want to do in life. The dreaded senior interview is just a part of the process.
